Description

This is the Rotator Flogger with cowhide,

It has our unique 2 part swivel standard rubber wrapped handle which is hinged in the middle with a quality ball-bearing swivel. It can be used with standard flogging technique such as over the shoulder swings, or used with just a rotating wrist action. It is great for those with physical limitations, and also works great if the subject is lying down.

Cowhide: 30 tails, 13″ long, 1/2″ wide, handle 15″ long(both parts), total length 29″
