Bicep Sizing
When measuring for an armband, wrap a cloth tape around your arm at the point where your bicep meets your shoulder muscle. Don’t pull too tight and do not flex your arm when measuring.

| Medium | 11″ – 12″ | 28 – 30 cm |
| Large | 12″ – 13″ | 30 – 33 cm |
| X-Large | 13″ – 14″ | 33 – 36 cm |
| XX-Large | 14″ – 15″ | 36 – 38 cm |
